📧Email Setup
Step 1 - Click Settings Tab
On the left hand side of your screen, in the menu section, select the tab that says "Settings".

Step 2 - Click Email Services -> Add Service
On the left hand side of your screen, in the menu section, select the tab that says "Email Services" and then click "Add Service" button on the right hand side of your screen. From here you can add your email provider service and


Step 3 - Select your SMPT Provider -> Input Email
Important: Your email must be registered to a domain. (ex: [email protected])

Step 4 - Acquire Email Service Password
This is separate from your normal email password that you use to sign in to devices. Follow the steps below to acquire the proper password for email integration.
Open a new tab inside Google Chrome or go to 'google.com' and select your Google Account Icon located in the top right corner.

Select "Manage your Google Account" from the dropdown menu.

On the left hand side click the "Security" tab.

Next, click the arrow on the "2-Step Verification" tab.

Now, scroll down until the find the "App passwords" section. Then, click the arrow on the "App passwords" tab.

In the text box provided, write "Magistr" and click the "Create" button.

Now, you must copy the "Generated app password" and click the "Done" button.

Step 5 - Enter Your Password
Now that you have the proper "App genereated password", you will go back to the Magistr platform and enter it in the "Password" text box. Then, click "Save".
