Step 1 - Click Automation Tab

On the left hand side of your screen, in the menu section, select the tab that says "Automation".

Step 2 - Click Create Workflow

Step 3 - Pick Template or Start From Scratch -> Continue

We're going to be setting up a very basic example from scratch to showcase how to use the automations tab so select "Start from scratch".

Magistr Tip: You can choose from the pre-built automations, but we are going to demonstrate how to setup a very basic automation.

Step 4 - Add New Workflow Trigger

Add the top of the workflow click the button labeled "Add New Workflow Trigger".

Step 5 - Select Workflow Trigger

We are going to use a website form submission and a FB ad form submission to trigger our automation. This means when a customer submits a form through our website or through our facebook ad, then this automation will begin.

Step 6 - Complete Trigger Details

Once you select the trigger you want to use, you can add a filters to choose which form you would like to use.

Magistr Tip: To create a web form: Go to dashboard -> Click [Sites] tab -> Click [Forms] tab -> Click [Add Form]. (You can insert these forms into your funnels and websites)

Step 7 - Add New Action

Once you add the trigger, you can now add an action. Here we will select the "Create/Update Opportunity" action. This will place new leads that submit our forms into our CRM and Pipeline.

Step 8 - Complete Step Details -> Save Action

In the "Create Or Update Opportunity" action details, you must select which pipeline to use, where in the pipeline you want the leads to be placed, and the name of the opportunity (lead). Once you complete the step details, click "Save Action".

Magistr Tip: To create a pipeline: Go to dashboard -> Click [Opportunities] tab -> Click [Pipelines] tab -> Click [Create new pipeline].

Step 9 - Add New Action

Step 10 - Select "Send SMS" Action

Now, we want to reach out to our new lead and get them to book an appointment with us.

Step 11 - Write Message to Customer -> Save Action

Here, you can type the message that you want to be automatically sent to your potential customers. Try to make it as personable as possible. Insert your booking link. Click "Save Action".

Step 12 - Publish & Save

Once you have completed setting up your automation, make sure to publish it and save your progress.
